Dace Visnola: enamasti väljendame sõnade abil seda, mida teame/mõtleme/tunneme. Kasutades väljendusvahendina aga kunstilisi vahendeid, elame nähtavaks oma tunded ja mõtted, mis on hoiul alateadvuses. Loomine võib seeläbi muutuda ühtaegu nii lõbusaks kui ka mõtlemapanevaks eneseavastamiseks, kuna töötoas toimub iseenda siseilma praktline uuring värvide abil, millega töötame. Iseenda uurimisel kasutame veel ka teisi kunstisi väljendusvahendid nagu liikumine, heli, pilt, kirjutamine.

Dace Visnola,PhD ped.art, MSc healt care., is certified art therapist, art teacher, artist and lecturer in the University of Latvia, mentor, creativity trainer and leader of creative workshops for people in different ages. She has received Doctor's degree in art education in 2003, graduated Riga Stradins University receiving Master degree in health care with the qualification as art therapist in 2009. For total approximately 1,5 years Dace has studied art therapy and/or art education abroad in the United States, Great Britain, Sweden and Denmark.
Dace offers group and individual art therapy sessions for different client groups, children and adults since 2007. She has organized seminars and workshops about stress management, colours, mandala, expressive arts for personality development.
Dace has participated in several art exhibitions, including, a retrospective solo exhibition "Vibrations of wild apple tree” in 2016 and “Ave Sol” in 2017 etc. She has participated with presentations in the international art education and art therapy seminars and conferences with presentations and creative workshops in Latvia, the United States, Great Britain, Italy, Greece, Denmark, Lithuania and Finland. Dace is author of several scientific publications on art education and art therapy. Dace is the member of the Association of Latvian Art Therapists, Latvian Sand play therapy etc. Since 2014 she has been a member of the European Art Therapists Network (NEAT).
